Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Assessment

The Carle Illinois College of Medicine seeks an exceptionally qualified and experienced individual to serve as the Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Assessment. The Assistant Dean will lead the college in its processes to prepare for and maintain accreditation with national educational accrediting organizations. The Assistant Dean will provide leadership and oversight of all accreditation activities for the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, working closely with the dean and the senior leadership team and other stake holders to ensure clear communication of and preparation for accreditation requirements and related objectives.

Director of Student Affairs

In partnership, Carle and Illinois are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the first permanent Director of Student Affairs. The Director of Student Affairs will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of medical student welfare and professional development towards meeting key milestones in the academic life of the student, including promotion, graduation, and securing suitable residency positions. The Director of Student Affairs will collaborate with the Office of Academic Affairs to monitor student academic progress. In addition, the person in this position will oversee services and events designed to identify and meet student needs, enhance well-being, and promote professional development.
