Dr. George Mejicano has been selected to serve as the next associate dean for academic affairs at Carle Illinois College of Medicine. Mejicano is a three-degree alumnus of the University of Illinois including degrees from the university system’s prestigious medical and engineering programs. Carle Illinois student-run clinic treats increasing number of patients, offers medical students unique opportunity

Carle Illinois College of Medicine students are helping meet the healthcare needs of hundreds of patients in east central Illinois at the Carle Illinois student-run clinic and getting an exceptional hands-on learning experience in the process. The student-run clinic treated a record number of patients from July 2020 to December 2020.
