The Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is among the nation’s best online master’s degree programs, according to the latest rankings released by U.S. News and World Report.
Carle Illinois College of Medicine aligns its engineering-based curriculum with the top ranked engineering program, with courses designed by teams of basic scientists, clinicians, and engineers. Carle Illinois’ is the first medical school to integrate engineering and data science into its curriculum.

The Grainger College of Engineering was ranked #9 overall for online master’s in engineering out of 97 in Best Online Master’s in Engineering Programs with five top-ranked online master’s programs. Departmental online program rankings include #1 Civil, #2 Mechanical, #4 Electrical, #8 Engineering Management, and #8 Industrial.
