Program and Planning Committee

This committee oversees the operations of its subcommittees.  It also oversees the development of the content of the annual program meeting and the planning for the annual global summit for the consortium. The committee works with the local arrangements chair and other committees in the consortium to define tracks and programming for the annual summit meeting.
