Student Feedback
- Modified the course debrief process and maintained opportunities for student engagement.
- Ensured opportunities in committees, student forums and town halls, surveys and focus groups for student voice and feedback.
Communication
- Using additional and more varied communications channels to notify students of information changes in relevant policies and other information including but not limited to the policy corner, class specific forums, newsletters, and direct outreach.
Formative & Narrative Feedback
- With student involvement, created and launched a series of required learning modules to enhance ways to provide more effective and higher-quality verbal & written feedback.
- Provided workshops in providing effective feedback for faculty (through OFAD)
- Continued faculty development on improving feedback and teaching skills.
- Expanded OSCE related feedback and ensuring that those that provide mid clerkship feedback have the information from the clinicians working directly with the students on their clerkships.
