Carle Illinois College of Medicine Related Research
Empathic Design Strategist that applies patient-inspired innovation to ensure impactful design outcomes that respond to functional and emotional needs (e.g., cultural, social). Through empathic modelling (experiencing the experience of another person) a person's perspective can directly increase the level of innovative design outcomes. The (dis)Ability Design Studio at the Beckman Institute is a think thank environment dedicated to exploring design thinking at the heart of advanced science and technology.
