Culinary Medicine
The mission of this group is to promote healthy eating and nutritional habits of the local community, ideally through the utilization of locally grown crops. We also hope to spread the curriculum of healthy eating with local high/middle schools. We are in discussion to access the kitchens at Carle as well as the greenhouse above the Medical Sciences Building.
In alignment with our mission to foster a supportive environment for all members of our university community, this programming is open to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, or national origin.
