Fall/Winter 2022 Update from the SNMA Chapter at CI MED:

"Our SNMA Chapter has been busy this fall! We made connections with undergraduate Underrepresented in Medicine (URiM) premeds by attending the MAPS Conference, hosting a medical student panel with NSBE, SHPE, and NoBCChE, and connecting with the leadership at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We also celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month, had dinner with our faculty mentors, and gathered to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on its opening night! We also engaged with our SNMA Region 2 community through the Breast Cancer Awareness Month service event and the Regional Medical Education Conference! Keep posted for our winter events coming soon!"
